I am here to support you in liberating and empowering your inner light warrior—the radiant part of you that longs to live in rhythm, balance, and truth.
My healing practice is born from a deeply personal path of transformation, rooted in the belief that when we reconnect with our essence, we return to a place of inner peace, clarity, and purpose. I am inspired to help others liberate and empower their inner light warrior- guiding them in creating a life in rhythm, balance and truth through the transformational teachings I have embodied on my journey.
My quest has led to a path of transformation with teacher Lisa Ishwari Murphy, founder of Sva Ha Academy. Lisa assisted and guided me while holding the remembrance of my true essences allowing me to awaken my inner light, and to move out of disconnection into connection and consciousness.
Through Lisa's foundational oral transmissions, I have attuned to living within the pulse of natural law. I am now able to embody the freedom of flowing with strength, balance, rhythm, compassion and love. I live more peacefully and joyous, ignited with the passions of my heart, and deeply connected with the body through rhythmic movement, empowerment, strength and spaciousness.
Having the support of the Shamballa of Sva Ha Academy has given me a place without judgment to grow and explore my depths. It has also connected me with Sherrie Rose Best, who embodies the vibrational pulse of a beautiful radiating loving heart, and with whom I co-teach Reiki‘s Highest Light Sva Ha Master program, Reiki shares and Synergy of Sound events.
As a student of Lisa Ishwari Murphy since 2018, I have been receiving my wisdom through the ancient streams of consciousness orally transmitted by Lisa in natural law, energy medicine, Energy for Life Coaching, Synergy of Sound healing, transformational body work, shamanic healing, past life recognition and Sva Ha Yoga.
Through the Sva Ha Yoga & the Synergy of Sound Training 200hr YTT, and the dharma transmissions from the founder Lisa along with the two amazing co-directors Andrea DeVeau-Cabral and Neil Cabral, was an amazing journey of not just embodying yoga but an unconditional support and love for me while I dove deeper into the heart based teachings. I flowed into an exploration of self and the world, expanding into the pulse of my being, and igniting my inner light brighter to help others to embody themselves.
